Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Trolley Management & Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: Castlepoint Shopping Park, Bournemouth

HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week, variable - will include weekends

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks but specifically:
• Collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the designated areas for public use.
• Perform various cleaning & waste management duties as required.
• Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with our standards & policies to deliver quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Always wear a well-laundered company uniform to maintain the professionalism and reputation of Castlepoint Shopping Park.
• Carry out all work in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM’s Health and Safety procedures, demonstrating personal responsibility for health and safety for oneself and others.
• Assist the public in a friendly & professional manner.
• Follow the supervisor’s directions and suggest improvements for continuous work practice enhancement.
• Support colleagues proactively and undertake ad hoc duties as required.

• Ensure exemplary standards in trolley management & cleaning services.
• Support team cooperation and be hardworking and committed to high standards.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
