HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week, 3 days per week - varying each week

Main Duties& Responsibilities:
- This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks but specifically:
- Tocollect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the designated areas for public use.
- Toperform various cleaning & waste management duties as required.
- To ensure that all duties carried out are strictly in accordance with our standards & policies so that quality work is delivered, meeting/exceeding our expectations.
- To always wear well laundered company uniform so thatCastlepoint Shopping Park’s’reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
- To ensure that all work undertaken is carried out in accordance withCastlepoint& ABM’s Health and Safety procedures.Moreover,to demonstrate their commitment to the fact that eachCastlepoint/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions.
- Whilst at work toeffectively assistwith thepublic in a friendly & professional manner.
- To carry out your duties as directed bythe Supervisor.Moreover,to always consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist, putting forward suggestions so that ‘continuous improvement’ is the norm.
- To work in a proactive manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationally required.
