AECOM is seeking an experienced Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Co-ordinator to join our Highways & Complete Streets team in the UK. This hybrid role supports TROs across Birmingham, Bristol and other major cities, coordinating from proposal to completion.

You will work with project teams, local authorities, engineers and legal teams to deliver TROs efficiently while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with statutory processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience preparing and progressing TROs.
• Good understanding of statutory TRO processes and consultation requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience liaising with local authorities and legal teams.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently with senior support to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the full TRO lifecycle from proposal through consultation and completion.
• Review information from engineers, planners and stakeholders.
• Interpret highway drawings, maps and technical information for TRO proposals.
• Coordinate consultation and liaise with Legal Services and statutory stakeholders.
• Liaise with local authorities, engineers, legal teams and public representatives.
• Prepare clear reports, correspondence and responses to enquiries.
• Review legal and statutory documentation and maintain TRO records.
• Prepare and coordinate TRO documentation, notices and information.
• Support coordination of TRO meetings and stakeholder engagement.
