Job description

Trinity Church of England Primary, a member of the Aquinas Church of England Education Trust, is a two-form entry School. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable Finance Officer to join our highly motivated administrative team.

The primary purpose of the Finance Officer role is to deliver an effective finance function for Trinity CE Primary and support the Headteacher in all aspects of

the school’s financial procedures. As a member of the School Administrative team, the Finance Office will also provide general clerical and administrative support.

Personal attributes

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role, preferably in an education setting.
  • Have a finance/administration-based background.
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have practical experience of raising orders, accepting deliveries, managing accounts using accounting software.
  • Excellent IT skills including a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Salary & Benefits

Hours: 13 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Thursday and Fridays, 8:00am – 3:30pm (flexible for the right candidate)
