Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and supply chain activities related to our projects, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on time and in optimal condition.

As our new Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of both personnel and equipment across multiple project sites. Working closely with our Service Manager and wider operational teams, you'll help keep our projects running safely, on time, and on budget.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is confident working with multiple stakeholders, including site teams, suppliers, and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete logistics process for project materials and equipment
  • Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries and pickups
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and material requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of logistics plans and support project teams in execution
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations
