Northumberland County Council is recruiting a Team Manager for the Front Door Triage Team, based at County Hall, Morpeth, with hybrid working across Northumberland sites. You will lead safeguarding triage activities linked to MASH and ensure timely, high-quality assessments for children and families.

We currently have a full-time Team Manager post available within the Front Door Triage Team. Your primary base will be County Hall, Morpeth, with opportunities for hybrid working and flexible working across different sites in Northumberland.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our well-established Triage team linked to the MASH and responsible for dealing with contacts/referrals made to the Front Door and completing a robust triage/MASH assessment within timescales, to a high-quality in relation to the children and young people identified within these. This will involve working in partnership with families and professionals to deliver child-centred, strengths-based support.
