Job Description:

Communities for Work Plus is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty through sustainable employment by providing intensive employment mentoring and support. Supported by Welsh Government funds, C4W+ delivers mentoring and employment support services in Torfaen and other boroughs across Wales. The programme aims to reduce the number of 16-24 year olds who are NEET and to increase employability among short-term unemployed, economically inactive, and long-term unemployed adults facing complex barriers to employment.

The role requires experience in coordinating administrative and financial functions within a busy team, and building effective relationships with peers and partners. Knowledge of performance management, monitoring processes, confidentiality, and data protection is essential. Experience in managing equality, diversity, and inclusion is also required. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed is expected.

Qualifications / Experience:
