Job summary

Evergreen Fashion Uk Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced ladies' designer to create trend-led jersey, activewear and leisurewear collections for Global high street retailers. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires excellent organisation and strong communication to work with the Design team and Head of Design.

You will stay ahead of trends, develop commercial collections, and prepare design packs for factories, coordinating with UK and Far East teams.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and commercial awareness.
• Excellent organisation and planning with attention to detail.
• Proficient CAD skills and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, market intel, and fabric/colour developments.
• Develop jersey and leisurewear collections for high street retailers.
• Coordinate with UK & Far East Merchandising teams and design peers.
• Prepare design packs for factories with clarity and accuracy.
• Manage workload and adapt to changing deadlines.
