Job summary

Based in central London, a dynamic fashion supplier seeks a trend-driven Women's Jerseywear Designer to lead colour, print and fabric development in a small creative team.

You will take autonomy for your area, lead customer meetings, and coordinate with China for range development, while building strong client relationships and presenting ranges to buyers.

Qualifications

• Background in women's jerseywear or similar fashion design role.
• Experience in trend, mood, colour and product development.
• Experience presenting to buyers and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the team to create trend and mood boards focusing on shape, colours, print and fabric.
• Develop trend-led ranges across Ladies Fashion and Leisure Jersey.
• Source new materials in line with trends at the start and throughout the season.
• Present trends and ranges to buyers, and action any design requests.
• Produce detailed tech packs and specifications for accurate first-time samples.
• Oversee the range and customer sampling process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing both new and existing accounts.
• Coordinate with teams in China for range, sourcing, and customer development.
• Analyse catwalks and competitors to spot missed opportunities and report findings.

Based full-time in a dynamic, creative office in central London, you will work within a small team on trend, mood, colour and product development.
