Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Boyswear Designer to join a collaborative, design-led team working across licensed and branded childrenswear. This role blends creativity with commercial insight to develop trend-led collections that translate adult fashion into engaging kids' ranges.

You will partner with international stakeholders, shaping product that resonates with today’s consumer and supporting concepts from concept through to launch.

Qualifications

• Strong boyswear or childrenswear design experience.
• Experience creating mini-me collections.
• Strong commercial eye and understanding of the retail market.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator and CAD skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• The confidence to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and passion for great product design.

Responsibilities

• Designing trend-led and commercial childrenswear collections.
• Creating mini-me and take-down product inspired by adult collections.
• Presenting design concepts and product ideas to key stakeholders.
• Researching trends and identifying opportunities for newness.
• Working collaboratively with product development and commercial teams.
• Managing multiple categories and product areas.
• Building strong relationships across the wider business.
• Supporting product from concept through to launch.
