Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Salary: £12.25 - £13.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus a £500 Welcome Bonus

About you

You are a Level 2 or above qualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar, who enjoys supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children. You are passionate about shaping the future of our younger generations.

You possess a natural, nurturing, open, and positive outlook, and care deeply about learning and education standards in the UK.

What you'll be doing

You will start most days with a well-planned activity, but flexibility is key as plans may change to suit the needs of children. Creativity is essential, involving arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. You’ll work within the EYFS standards while bringing your own enthusiasm and creative flair to engage children effectively.

What you'll need

• A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years. We may consider unqualified educators who demonstrate the right qualities, values, and enthusiasm.
• Experience working with children under 5 years old is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable.
• Alignment with the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
