eRecruitSmart is recruiting experienced Tree Surgeons and Climbing Arborists for highway vegetation work across the UK. Most tasks occur at night, offering a quieter environment with a night shift bonus. Roles involve tree felling, climbing, aerial operations and highway maintenance on major road networks.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tree Surgeon or Climbing Arborist.
• Competent in tree felling, dismantling and highway vegetation work.
• Ability to climb and perform aerial operations with chainsaw use.
• Qualified in NPTC CS30/31, CS38, CS39 and aerial rescue.
• Experience with MEWP/IPAF is desirable.
• Highways Passport or ROLO is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree felling and dismantling.
• Climb and conduct aerial operations and rescue duties.
• Operate chainsaw from rope and harness.
• Remove hazardous trees and manage highway vegetation.
• Maintain sightlines around road signs and infrastructure.

We're recruiting experienced Tree Surgeons and Climbing Arborists to join our clients' growing highways vegetation team. The work is varied, well organised and carried out on major highway networks across the UK.

With 90% of the work carried out at night, you'll benefit from quieter working environments, additional shift bonuses and consistent year-round work.

• Highways Passport, ROLO or other industry tickets are beneficial but not essential.
