Job description
Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses to join the Hull and East Riding Treatment Room service to provide holistic high quality care to patients in health centers across the city of Hull and East Riding. The service covers Hull and ER and the ability to commute across the patch is essential. The service operates 7 days per week. The post holder will provide care to patients accessing treatment room care, the lower limb pathway, lymphoedema and tissue viability services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care to patients accessing treatment room care, the lower limb pathway, lymphoedema and tissue viability services.
  • Deliver holistic, high-quality care across CHCP CIC sites in Hull and East Riding.
  • Operate as part of a team to ensure a high standard of care is maintained for all patients.
Competencies / Requirements
  • Competencies include patient assessment, history taking, clinical examination, care planning, treatment delivery and reviews.
  • Demonstrate ability to assess, plan, deliver and review patient care to a high standard.
  • Registered nurse with the ability to commute across the patch.
  • Work schedule includes 7 days per week operation.
