ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established independent private dental practice is seeking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator.

This is a superb opportunity for a qualified dental nurse to join a modern, fully private practice providing high-quality general, cosmetic, and specialist dental care. The practice has an excellent local reputation and a warm, supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the clinicians, assisting chairside and supporting patient consultations for a range of treatments, including clear aligners, composite bonding, and restorative care. You will play an active role in ensuring patients enjoy a smooth, personalised journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up.

Experience with intraoral scanning is essential, as you will regularly carry out scans to support treatment planning. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must, along with the ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional patient experience at every stage of treatment.
