We have a rare and exciting Part Time Treatment Coordinator position available to join our team at ourBristol - Clifton Orthodontics.

We provide clinical excellence in orthodontic dentistry, and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each patient.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their dental treatment journey.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and concerns about treatments.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand patients' needs and explain treatment options.
  • Collaborate with dentists and specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Prepare and present treatment cost estimates to patients.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the development of personalised treatment schedules.
  • Liaise between patients and the clinical team to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Support the practice's marketing efforts by promoting services and special offers.
  • Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and retention rates.
