Job summary

AMFRESH Group is hiring a Treasury Manager – Systems & Transformation to shape treasury processes, reporting and systems across the UK. Based in Alconbury, you will own UK treasury development with support from the Group and work on EMBAT implementation and enhanced reporting.

You will have treasury systems experience, multi-entity/currency exposure, and a proactive, independent mindset to drive improvements and system adoption. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Treasury experience in industry or group treasury environment.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (EMBAT) and system implementations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to automate processes.
• Experience across multi-entity/currency environments and working with IT/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish UK treasury processes and reporting aligned with the Group model.
• Improve cash flow forecasting, visibility and liquidity reporting for UK subsidiaries.
• Lead UK deployment and adoption of EMBAT with finance, IT and banking partners.
• Review factoring arrangements and optimise working capital management.
• Support system development, ERP integration and process automation.
• Strengthen treasury controls and data quality across multi-entity environment.
• Develop process documentation and deliver training for new systems.
