Job summary

Zanders is a leading global treasury, risk and technology consultancy. We seek a Project Manager to lead Treasury Management System implementations end to end, owning plans, budgets, governance and client relationships.

You will work in our Treasury Technology team, coordinating with consultants, client teams and vendor partners in a hybrid London/UK-based role. You will drive multi-project delivery, sharpen our methodology and templates, and help evolve the TMS vendor landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Treasury Management System implementations end to end.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodology and tooling.
• Able to analyse client needs and test assumptions with stakeholders.
• Experience in organisational change management and user adoption.
• Able to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage escalations.
• Experience leading project teams and delivering on time and within budget.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live, delivering within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain project plans and track financials against forecast.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation to protect delivery.
• Establish project governance for timely decision-making by stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes through a structured change control process.
• Coordinate client, Zanders, and vendor resources to stay within plan.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain client relationships.
