Job summary

Hightown is seeking a strategically focused finance leader to steer treasury, liquidity management and the 30-year business plan from Hemel Hempstead. You will oversee borrower relations, develop treasury strategy and drive modelling to inform the Executive Team and Board.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA, extensive treasury experience, and strong leadership to lead the Treasury Operations and Business Planning teams within a housing association setting. Hybrid/office-based working is supported.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Significant treasury management experience including loans and capital market transactions.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel capability with complex financial models.
• Experience negotiating loan and capital market documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management activities including loans, capital borrowings, covenant compliance and liquidity management.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors and external treasury advisers.
• Oversee production of treasury reports for senior leadership, Board and committee meetings.
• Lead delivery of the Treasury and Funding Strategy.
• Manage production and ongoing review of the 30-year business plan.
• Develop scenario modelling and stress testing for financial resilience.
