Job summary

WWF-UK is hiring a Treasury Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract to support banking, income, cashflow and sales ledger activity. Hybrid work requires at least 40% in-person collaboration at the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.

You will reconcile accounts, process income journals, handle foreign currency transactions and provide daily bank reporting. This role emphasizes accuracy, coordination with stakeholders and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance team within a medium or large organisation.
• Ability to perform high-volume or complex reconciliations accurately.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of WWF-UK’s bank accounts, income, cashflow and sales ledger activity.
• Reconcile bank and income control accounts and process income journals.
• Support foreign currency transactions and maintain daily bank reporting and short-term cashflow information.
• Investigate significant movements and collaborate to resolve queries.
