Role Overview:
The Treasury Passport Digital Platform Lead is a key member of the Enterprise COO - Digital Solutions leadership team, responsible for managing the platform lifecycle and service delivery of the Treasury Passport platform. This role acts as the main point of contact for platform-related matters with partners and vendors, leading a team of capability owners, managers, and analysts to execute strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the platform's vision, strategy, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product managers to research market trends, assess industry threats, and identify opportunities.
  • Align platform development with banking and treasury business strategies.
  • Ensure the platform delivers value by meeting business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the rollout of new features, services, and tools globally, managing change and operational readiness.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, lead service excellence initiatives, and report on platform performance.
  • Assess investment needs, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior leadership on resource allocation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making to achieve platform goals.
  • Develop and prioritize the platform roadmap, collaborating with technology teams and providing regular updates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for platform capabilities, communicating features and benefits to clients and sales teams.
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams to enhance the platform, integrating new tools and systems.
  • Ensure efficient, stable, and sustainable platform operations through governance and best practices.
  • Drive platform alignment with enterprise productivity initiatives to reduce duplication and costs.
  • Coordinate with Technology and Operations for issue resolution and communication.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, embedding new working methods through coaching and training.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations during change processes.
  • Make staffing, expense, and performance management decisions.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of banking products, especially transaction banking and treasury management.
  • Knowledge of platform architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing teams.
  • Relevant degree or proven work experience in business, engineering, or technology.
  • Industry certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in digital product delivery within regulated environments, especially in banking and treasury domains.
