Job summary

Lumon is seeking an entry-level Operational Treasury Analyst to join the Group Treasury team in the UK. You will assist with daily cash and liquidity management, reconciliations, FX trading and settlement, collateral, and treasury reporting across Lumon Group entities in the UK and Ireland.

This role offers hands-on exposure to multi-currency operations in a growing international payments and FX business, with development opportunities as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Methodical approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage FX accounts and cash balances across group entities.
• Support reconciliation of treasury and FX accounts daily.
• Execute trades within approved limits and settle with counterparties.
• Assist in treasury reporting and collateral management.
• Contribute to improving treasury processes and controls.
