An established healthcare provider seeks a Treasury Officer to oversee financial operations. The position demands expertise in cash flow management and compliance, contributing to the financial wellbeing of the organization. This is a temporary Treasury Officer role at Elysium Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider with a network of over 90 services across England and Wales. The role involves managing cash flow, banking and patient activities, ensuring financial stewardship and compliance. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a treasury, finance or accounting role, ideally within a healthcare, public sector or regulated environment.
As a Treasury Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, including monitoring and managing daily cash flow and liquidity requirements, maintaining and reconciling bank accounts, supporting cash flow forecasting, and liaising with banks and financial institutions. You will also implement and maintain robust financial controls, support internal and external audits, and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding treasury matters. The role requires a strong understanding of cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls, as well as the ability to identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency.
