Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Ltd seeks an experienced Treasury Banking & Custody Network Manager to lead and develop its banking, custody, clearing and cash-management network across EMEA and APAC. This hands-on role collaborates with Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front Office to strengthen service delivery and enable strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven treasury network management experience across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of banking, custody and settlement practices across EMEA and APAC.
• Established industry network with ability to manage senior external relationships.
• Up-to-date understanding of market practice, regulation and operational-risk requirements.
• Experience with account management, KYC, bank documentation and provider due diligence.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and develop relationships with banks, custodians, clearing providers and other network partners across EMEA and APAC.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, relationship meetings and agent-bank surveys.
• Manage full bank-account lifecycle including opening, maintenance and closure.
• Lead RFP processes for new providers and service improvements.
• Monitor provider SLAs, service performance and escalate deficiencies.
• Produce reporting on fees, service metrics, and market developments to assess competitiveness.
• Coordinate implementation of signing authorities and corporate documentation with agent banks.
• Oversee due-diligence, KYC and annual reviews for banking agents and counterparties.
• Support network-management projects including integration and analytics.
• Coordinate network activity across Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front Office.
• Share market notifications related to CSDs, settlement, payments and infrastructure.
