Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Kyriba clients.
• Led Kyriba implementations: Payments, Bank Statements, Cash Management, Data Exchange, Cash Accounting.
• Strong treasury, cash management, bank connectivity, and workflow knowledge.
• Excellent communication across multiple time zones; capable of rapid production issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Kyriba TMS, including user management, security and entitlements, workflows, configuration and ongoing system health.
• Provide Level 1 production support to internal Treasury, Finance and Accounting users, primarily UK/EMEA and APAC.
• Implement new bank connectivity for payments and bank statements, onboarding banks and accounts.
• Build and maintain ERP and other system integrations using Kyriba Data Exchange.
• Configure and enhance Kyriba modules: Payments, Bank Statements, Cash Management, Fraud Detection, Data Exchange/Integrations, Cash Accounting.
• Onboard new entities, user groups and use cases to Kyriba; lead Kyriba usage design and roadmap.
