Morgan McKinley is seeking a Banking & Treasury Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a three-person team and oversee cash management, treasury controls and liquidity across a complex organisation. • Experience in cash management, treasury or banking operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn numbers into commercial insight.
• Experience managing people and working with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of improving processes, controls and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the cash position: deliver daily/weekly cash reporting, short-term forecasting and monthly cash flow analysis.
• Lead and develop a team of three across banking and treasury operations.
• Optimise liquidity: improve cash management, working capital and surplus funds.
• Strengthen controls: maintain bank reconciliations, governance and controls.
• Drive improvement: champion automation and more efficient ways of working.
• Build relationships: manage banking partners and collaborate with Finance, Operations and senior stakeholders.
• Shape treasury policy: help develop policies covering cash movements, approvals, liquidity and risk.
