CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a Treasury Manager for a leading retail organisation based in Portsmouth. The role focuses on cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, and treasury process improvements to support growth and resilience.

The successful candidate will have proven treasury experience, professional qualifications (ACT/AMCT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA), strong cash flow forecasting and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for automation.

• Professional qualifications such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong analytical skills with cash flow forecasting, variance analysis and covenant reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills and experience with financial institutions.
• Technically proficient with treasury systems and a passion for automation.

Responsibilities
