Michael Page is partnering with a UK infrastructure and utilities business to recruit a Treasury Manager (Funding) for a hybrid Manchester-based role. You will shape funding, treasury and capital management, overseeing a substantial debt portfolio and reporting to banking partners and lenders.

The role requires post-qualification corporate finance experience, strong debt facilities knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• ACT or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Post-qualification experience in corporate finance, treasury, funding or group finance environments.
• Strong knowledge of debt facilities, covenant compliance, liquidity management and financial risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering process improvements and enhancing financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Group's senior debt facilities and ensure funding agreement compliance and reporting.
• Manage debt covenant calculations, monitoring and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain the Group Treasury Policy, aligning with objectives and risk appetite.
• Support funding requirements for acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage interest rate risk exposure and hedging strategies.
• Oversee liquidity management and investment of surplus cash.
• Prepare materials and reporting for lenders, banking partners and credit rating agencies.
• Lead banking and lender KYC processes.
• Partner with finance leadership to optimise corporate and financing structures.
• Support cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.
• Drive process improvements across treasury systems, controls and reporting capabilities.

Description

• Take ownership of the Group's senior debt facilities, ensuring ongoing compliance with all funding agreements and reporting obligations.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging up to £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Hybrid working with 3 days in office.
