Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Financial / Treasury Management professional who has experience in implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) - ideally Integrity from FIS. This role supports the build phase of an internal project to deliver Integrity to Lucy Group. This role blends Treasury knowledge, implementation expertise of TMSs and their peripheral interfaced systems such as a dealing platform (360T), data feeds (FIS), confirmation matching platform (Finastra) and General Ledger (D365), stakeholder engagement and IT systems implementation projects.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Group Treasury Manager with:
- Undergoing relevant training on the new TMS,
- Gathering and uploading the required static data for setting up the new TMS – such as legal entities, users and bank accounts, helping to advise on, and configure the new TMS and peripheral sub-systems to conform with defined ‘to be’ processes,
- Building “to-be” workbenches and management reports
- Building the necessary chart of accounts and accounting rules
- Building the approved workflow as defined in the Target Operating Model
- User acceptance testing to measure whether the new TMS meets the business’ needs and it functions as intended,
- Helping with change control documentation and communications including change logs and Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs),
- Helping to collate data required for go-live.
- Support the Senior Global IT Project Manager with:
- Support the tracking and reporting on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the external supplier,
- Supporting the change control documentation including change logs, risk registers, and stakeholder impact assessments,
- Escalating risks and issues when they are identified or occur.
- Support the Senior Global IT Project Manager and Group Treasury Manager with:
- Two-way project communication to key stakeholders across multiple channels including Teams, Outlook, and internal meetings.
- Translating complex project updates into accessible messaging for diverse internal audiences.
Qualifications, Knowledge, And Experience
Essential:
- Experience in multiple implementations of Treasury Management systems – ideally FIS Integrity,
- Effective at working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams,
- Aware of project governance tools (e.g., RACI, RAID logs).
Highly Desirable:
- Experience of delivering peripheral treasury systems such as a dealing platform (360T), data feeds (FIS), confirmation matching platform (Finastra) and General Ledger (D365)
Desirable:
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 office tools, e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.
