From ACH and wires to positive pay and remote deposit, you’ll be the expert guiding clients through smooth onboarding and superior service—making a real impact on how businesses move money securely and efficiently.

Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Onboard clients to treasury management products such as ACH, positive pay, and remote deposit
  • Train business clients on electronic banking systems and digital tools
  • Provide gold-standard customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementations
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to treasury services
  • Support technical documentation and process improvement
  • Serve as the go-to expert for digital treasury tools and banking platforms

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Hands-on experience with treasury products such as ACH, wires, lockbox, and e-statements
  • Experience with Jack Henry software (or similar banking platforms)
  • Familiarity with Q2 is a strong plus
  • Prior involvement in training clients on banking tools remotely
  • Comfort supporting complex client onboarding in a fast-paced setting
