The Role:

We are seeking a Treasury and Investment Support Analyst to provide essential functional support for key investment platforms such as Aladdin, Calypso, iLevel, Bloomberg, and Refinitiv. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems, directly contributing to the success of our investment strategies and member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Platform Support

• Provide hands-on functional support for critical investment applications.
• Resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring all tickets are handled in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Investment and Operations teams to address technology issues impacting business functions.
• Perform system checks, platform configurations, and user access management, ensuring system integrity.
• Assist in platform upgrades, changes, and testing, working closely with global colleagues to ensure 24/7 platform support.
• Maintain comprehensive support documentation and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
