We are looking for a dedicated Treasury and Financial Planning Manager to join us on a full-time, 8-month fixed-term basis.

In this key role, your main focus will be to monitor and report on financial appraisals for new development projects, model business improvement initiatives, and lead the production of the annual business plan, including scenario testing and sensitivity analysis. You will work closely with another Treasury and Financial Planning Manager, helping to oversee daily treasury activities, ensuring Eastlight remains compliant with policy, lending, and regulatory obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, cashflow forecasting, development appraisal activities, business plan modelling (Brixx), treasury management, and covenant monitoring, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Excel, you will be responsible for modelling cash flows, preparing financial statements and committee reports, and supporting strategic projects such as development funding and ESG initiatives.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to Eastlight’s financial resilience and strategic growth, working in a dynamic environment where your insights will make a real impact. To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package:

  • £66,997 per annum
  • 8 month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Full time, 37 hours per week
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
  • Trailblazing family leave (Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay/6 weeks half pay) – Subject to eligibility
  • A healthcare cash plan, life assurance
  • Formal qualifications and paid professional membership
