Job summary

Nationwide is launching a Finance Development Programme – Treasury in London. The three-year programme blends data, analytics and risk management with hands-on projects in a fast-paced banking environment.

You’ll rotate through Balance Sheet Reporting, Strategy & Sustainability, and Markets, Funding & Investments placements from London, gaining practical skills and professional finance qualifications. Hybrid working supports collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Motivation to study towards professional finance qualifications.
• Ability to analyse data and information to problem-solve, identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and deliver work with attention to detail.
• Good time management and prioritisation skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to engage in Finance-related activities across the department.

Responsibilities

• Support across the Treasury function with data, analytics and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to live projects and learn to build dashboards and improve reporting.
• Gain experience in balance sheet management, risk and regulatory reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Nationwide.
• Complete a structured learning journey while developing professional finance skills.
