Job summary

Nationwide is offering a Treasury Development Programme designed for driven, quantitative entrants. Over three placements, you will build analytical skills across data, risk, resilience and markets.

Based in London with a hybrid model, you’ll work on dashboards, reporting and funding activities while learning from experienced professionals. Two A Levels and three GCSEs including Maths/English are required, with a drive for professional finance qualifications and strong numerical abilities.

Qualifications

• Motivation to study towards professional finance qualifications.
• Curiosity and ability to analyse data to problem solve.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Assist in balance sheet risk and regulatory reporting activities.
• Contribute to live projects across Treasury, including automation initiatives.
• Engage with colleagues across Finance to learn and develop Treasury expertise.
