Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is offering a two-year Treasury-focused rotation programme within Group Infrastructure. You will analyse liquidity, capital and risk, using Python to explore datasets and visualise trends while collaborating across Treasury and Finance to support decision-making.

Selected candidates will rotate through areas such as interest rate risk, funding and liquidity, and build qualifications through structured training and digital learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have a 2:1 degree or higher, or overseas equivalent.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• We will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data with Treasury teams to help manage liquidity, capital and risk.
• Review complex financial data and use Python to explore large datasets and visualise trends.
• Support reporting or decision-making with clearer insight; identify improvements via digital, AI or automation tools.
