4 days in office and 1 remote

ROLE OBJECTIVES

LIV Golf is seeking a Treasury Assistant to join its Finance team in London. The successful candidate will support the Director, Transactions in overseeing daily cash management, banking operations, and financial risk management across both the main league and its 13 teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a keen interest in the sporting industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the daily cash management process, ensuring appropriate funding across various accounts.
2. Support the monitoring and forecasting of cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
3. Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist in resolving banking-related queries.
5. Support the implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Assist in foreign exchange transactions and currency risk management strategies.
7. Prepare treasury-related reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
8. Provide support for audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
9. Work collaboratively with finance, accounting, and operations teams to support broader financial objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience in a treasury, finance, or banking role preferred.
2. Strong understanding of cash management and payment processing.
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
5. Knowledge of financial instruments, foreign exchange, and risk management is desirable.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
8. A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
9. ACT, CIMA, ACCA, or similar qualifications (part-qualified or studying towards is advantageous).
