Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking a Treasury Assistant to join the Finance team in the UK. You will support cash management, banking administration, payments and financial reporting, working with internal stakeholders and banks to keep treasury processes running smoothly.

The role focuses on daily cash monitoring, bank reconciliations, payments processing, and treasury reporting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements while developing treasury knowledge and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance, accounts or treasury, or strong interest in Treasury.
• Excellent numerical and analytical accuracy.
• Basic accounting principles understood.
• Proficient with Excel and financial data.
• Excellent organisation and deadline management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve processes.
• Studying towards or pursuing AAT/ACT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and support short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with processing payments including supplier and payroll transactions.
• Maintain banking records and manage opening/closing of company bank accounts.
• Manage company credit card administration and expense claims.
• Prepare treasury reports and analyse cash movements for management.
• Support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal departments and external banking partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and efficiency.
