Pure is delighted to be working with a well-established organization looking for an experienced Treasury Assistant to join the finance team.

This role will mainly be responsible for the day-to-day banking management, petty cash processing, UK and foreign payments, import payments, employee expenses, and various month-end tasks/reporting.

Main Duties

1. Managing and processing petty cash
2. Foreign payments
3. Booking currency contracts
4. Manual cheques
5. UK CHAPS / other manual payments
6. Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank financing facilities
7. Reconciliation of inter-company financing accounts
8. Monthly bank reconciliations / revaluations
9. Processing of DD invoices
10. Daily posting of cash entries to a strict timeline
11. Month-end reporting and analysis of bank charges
12. Processing of employee expenses (credit cards)
13. Participate in the management accounts close
14. Month-end reporting
15. Other ad hoc tasks as required

This would be a great role for an ambitious and hardworking accounts assistant looking to continue a career in finance. Previous experience in accounts payable and cashiering would be preferable, along with a willingness to learn.
