Job summary

Progress Housing Group is hiring a Treasury Analyst to join the Finance team in Leyland. You will manage cashflow, liquidity and financial risk, delivering analysis, reporting and forecasting to support sound financial decisions.

You will contribute to funding, covenant monitoring and treasury reporting, working with Finance, Property, BI and the wider organisation. Hybrid/agile working and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified in finance or treasury, or substantial treasury experience.
• Strong analytical ability with the skill to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with detailed financial data.
• Experience with cashflow forecasting, covenant monitoring, treasury reporting or funding.
• Experience supporting lender requirements or analysing treasury and financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Support cashflow forecasting, liquidity management and risk monitoring.
• Provide accurate analysis, reporting and forecasting for the Treasury team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and other colleagues to improve treasury systems and processes.
• Turn complex data into clear insight and actionable recommendations.
