About Our Client

Our client is a prominent property development firm known for high-quality urban regeneration projects across England.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bank account opening, closures, and mandate maintenance (including KYC clearance).
• Maintain signatory rights records and bank account permissions (both paper and online).
• Assist with internal and external audit queries and monitor internal audit recommendations related to cash management.
• Manage inter-company cash transfers.
• Monitor and manage cash balances and deposits to ensure sufficient funds (according to Group cash management policies).
• Prepare weekly cash summaries, including balances and deposits.
• Analyze monthly cash expenditures.
• Prepare monthly cash management reports commenting on policy compliance.

The Successful Candidate:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in cash management activities.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts, including double-entry bookkeeping.
• Understanding of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and accounting software (SUN is a plus).
