Job summary

SC Johnson in Frimley, United Kingdom, is seeking a Treasury Analyst - Front Office to provide high‑quality treasury services to a global client base. You will join a small treasury team, working in a hybrid capacity with weekly remote options for eligible staff.

Key duties include cash management, FX forecasting and reporting, bank account management, and strong partner involvement with SSC and local teams. Experience in MEA trading and SAP/Excel is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Treasury experience is preferred but not essential, including FX trading.
• Working knowledge of banking systems and trading platforms is preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver accurately under tight deadlines and stay focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management: daily cash positions for Africa, variance analysis, funding management, and trade execution with counterparties.
• FX Management: prepared cash flow forecasts, monthly FX reporting, monitor FX gains/losses, support regional forecasts.
• Bank account management: daily bank statement reviews and reconciliations, monthly charges consolidation.
• Other: business partnering with SSC and local teams, query resolution, cover for Treasury team, audit and SOAR compliance.

Treasury Analyst - Front Office

About the role

In this role you will provide high quality customer focused treasury services to a global client base. This is a key role in the small treasury team, requiring a strong team player who enjoys working within an empowered environment. If you have trading experience and / or have worked with Exchange control regulations this could be a role for you.

About the Team/Department

The Treasury function consists of 2 teams covering the Front and Back office to allow for segregation of duties (SOD).

Responsibilities

Cash Management

• Daily preparation of Cash positions for Africa market
• Daily variance analysis and commentary
• Management of funding requirements - to ensure appropriate level of cash is maintained in each bank account, balancing operating cash requirements vs. Idle Cash targets, safeguards against overdraft incidents, arranging Loans with relationship banks
• Executing trades with authorized counterparties; ensure executed trades are compliant with relevant Treasury policies, with established internal controls and with country / government regulations

FX Management

• Prepare Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) for cash and liquidity planning; improve forecast reliability by regularly monitoring actuals vs. forecast
• Monthly FX Flow Reporting incl. variance analysis and commentary
• Monitor the level of FX gains and losses
• Provide support to the region for the provision of forecasts

Bank account management

• Daily review of Bank statements and reconciliation
• Monthly review of bank charges and consolidation

Other

• Business partnering with SSC and local teams
• Query resolution
• Cover for Treasury Team Members
• Audit and SOAR process compliance

Experience you’ll bring

• Treasury experience is preferred but not essential ideally across MEA countries, including FX Trading
• Working knowledge of banking systems / trading platforms preferred but not essential
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel user and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Focus on delivery and be able to work accurately and decisively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
