Fluor and Energy Materials, an Orbia business, is hiring a Treasury Administrator to be based at Thornton Science Park, Cheshire, UK.

Main Purpose

To prepare and maintain the banking and payments system and processes. Administrator of the company credit cards and of credit release process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recording and reconciling of all incoming bank transactions received by the company.
  • Responsible for the recording and reconciling of all outgoing bank transactions of the company.
  • Monthly SOX controls for Treasury.
  • Administer the company credit card process.
  • Assist in the preparation of the PSA from company expense data.
  • Administer the CIS payments and support CIS reporting.
  • Perform the credit release process.

Qualifications

  • Academic Level: GCSE and above.

Knowledge/Experience Required

  • AAT trained.
  • Previous use of SAP, Excel, Kyriba, and Banking System.
