Job Description

We are recruiting a Treasury Accounting and Reporting Manager. We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will manage a wide range of Group Treasury activities, including accounting, reporting, controls, and change management.

This is a London-based role, with the team typically in the office 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury financial reporting.
2. Reviewing and strengthening financial controls, implementing new controls as needed.
3. Supporting finance transformation and automation initiatives.
4. Identifying and implementing process improvements.
5. Automating manual processes.
6. Overseeing and reviewing the work of a graduate team member.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

• A qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in financial services; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Ability to manage projects outside of routine BAU tasks.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
• Treasury experience is advantageous but not essential.
