Travelling Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Various schools across Swansea
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time preferred (Part-time considered)
Travel Required: Must be willing to travel a minimum of 30 minutes from home; own transport essential

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a variety of schools across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in different settings and making a positive impact on young learners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Work one-to-one or with small groups of children to reinforce learning
  • Help maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Adapt quickly to new school settings and teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness and ability to travel (minimum 30 minutes commute expected)
  • Must have access to your own transport
  • Available to work from September 2025
  • Fluent Welsh speakers are highly desirable
