Global Travelling Rota Nanny – Norland Trained – £145,000

Contract Type:Permanent, Rota (1 month on / 1 month off)
Salary:£145,000 gross per annum
Schedule:12-hour shifts during on-duty month
Location:Worldwide Travel

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Norland-trained nanny to join an established team within a fully staffed, UHNW household. This is a travelling rota position, working one month on / one month off, offering the chance to explore the world while providing the highest standard of care and early years development.

About the Role:

  • Work as part of a collaborative nanny team to deliver consistent, loving and educational care for two young children.
  • Extensive global travel – expect frequent moves between international destinations
  • 12-hour daily shifts during the working month. No night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Norland Nanny qualification is essential
  • Extensive experience working with toddlers, ideally within UHNW or high-profile households
  • Proven ability to work well within a team of nannies in a shared-care environment
  • Discreet, adaptable and well-travelled, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident handling global travel logistics and working across time zones
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or international equivalent) and paediatric first aid certification

Package:

  • c. £145,000 DOE gross per annum
  • Flights provided for every off-duty rotation
  • 1 month on / 1 month off rota schedule
