A rare opportunity has arisen to support a distinguished UHNW individual in a dynamic and highly rewarding Travelling PA role. This position demands fluency in both written and spoken French and English, alongside prior experience supporting HNWIs or working within a family office environment.
The role will involve extensive international travel, often at very short notice and with ever-changing itineraries, across Europe and the USA, with limited time spent in the UK. You will support both business and private matters, requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
You will work closely with other private staff, yet also be comfortable operating independently and spending time alone abroad. A calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented mind-set is key, as is the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with grace and precision.
