Job description

Location: Remote (Based in UK, EU, or Dubai), with regular global travel as required
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility and out-of-hours availability

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to UHNW Principals. This role requires someone seasoned, and discreet, capable of seamlessly managing both travel logistics and remote operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of the Principals’ lives are organized with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

When Travelling with Principals:

  • Travel one day in advance to prepare logistics and ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a liaison at airports during arrival and departure, coordinating with service providers.
  • Maintain an unobtrusive presence, stepping in only when required for in-person support.
  • Stay on standby in hotel lobbies or rental property side rooms throughout the trip.
  • Liaise with hotel staff, rental property agents, and contractors to manage all arrangements.
  • Conduct local personal shopping tailored to the Principals’ preferences.
  • Research and book local activities for the Principals and guests.
  • Return one flight after the Principals’ departure, managing all travel-related bookings from start to finish.

When Principals are Travelling (and PA Presence is Not Required):

  • Remain on 24/7 standby, ready to support trips and emergencies.
  • Manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Handle visa arrangements and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Monitor local activities, news, and updates that may impact the trip.
  • Align sleep schedule with the relevant time zone, ensuring availability when needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience as a Private PA or 5-star concierge.
  • Travel EXPERT
  • Proven track record of working with UHNW clients.
  • Ability to think laterally and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
  • Confident, calm, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Rapid response times for all calls and messages.
  • Team-oriented, with ongoing support from COS.
  • Located in the UK, EU, or Dubai, with full remote capability when not travelling.
