This will be an all-encompassing role whereby the Butler/PA will operate at the highest level of personal service, discretion, and loyalty, and will serve as a trusted ambassador at all times. This is not a 9–5 job, but rather a lifestyle commitment whereby you will offer total flexibility and be on call 24/7. While formal butler training is not required, candidates with exposure to elite private service or an understanding of classic butlering protocols will be at an advantage. You will work when the principal works, travel when he travels and work tirelessly to anticipate every need, aligning with his values, resolving issues before they arise, and ensuring each day runs with precision.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Provide elite-level private personal support and lifestyle management on a 24/7 basis
• Act as a personal butler during travel and at residences, ensuring impeccable presentation, organisation, and comfort
• Curate bespoke dining, wellness, and leisure experiences tailored to the principal’s tastes and schedule
• Manage complex and evolving global itineraries, private aviation logistics, and hotel arrangements
• Travel in advance of the principal to prepare residences, hotel suites, transportation, and environments to exacting standards
• Manage daily wardrobe logistics, including care, maintenance, and meticulous packing/unpacking for travel
• Oversee table service and event hosting for both informal and formal occasions, ensuring elegant execution
• Provide hands-on concierge-style service, including valet, personal shopping, errands, and guest reception
• Supervise property and asset maintenance across global residences and accommodations
• Coordinate closely with Executive Assistants, household staff, aviation teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Serve as a trusted confidante, advisor, and ambassador, continually operating with discretion, foresight, and emotional intelligence
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting a UHNWI, Royal Family member, or C-suite individual in a private service capacity
• High mobility passport and ability to live and work in Canada
• Experience in both formal service and high-level executive support roles
• Uncompromising discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
• A well-connected, international network of trusted suppliers and service providers
• Strong logistical, organisational, and anticipatory skills
• Polished, professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure
• Culturally sensitive and confident in elite environments, from private jets and yachts to diplomatic or corporate events
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous
• Willingness to relocate, travel extensively, and commit long-term to an extraordinary lifestyle
