In this role, you will oversee EHS policies implementation across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and safety culture strengthening. The ideal candidate will have EHS experience in engineering or industrial environments and strong communication skills. This position involves travel between UK sites and offers a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced EHS leader with strong technical capability.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of COMAH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of EHS policies.
• Provide hands-on support to operational teams.
• Ensure compliance across all activities and sites.

Skills

A-Level, HNC, or equivalent technical qualification

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or working towards Diploma)

Proven EHS experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments

Strong communication and influencing skills

Knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience with capital projects

Experience conducting audits and working with ISO management systems

Good working knowledge of COMAH requirements
