Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Darlington, South Carolina. This role focuses on adult and geriatric patients in a post-acute rehab setting, evaluating and treating communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• South Carolina SLP license required.
• BLS certification required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Adult/geriatric patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
