Job summary

A leading transport company is seeking a customer-focused individual to work at Gloucester’s Transport Hub. In this role, you will assist customers with bus and ticket information while performing administrative duties and ensuring great customer engagement. This position offers a salary of £20,092 per annum for 33 hours of work per week, primarily Wednesdays to Saturdays.

Working at our travel shop at Gloucester’s Transport Hub, you will be the face of Stagecoach, assisting customers with bus and ticket information and sales, General administrative duties and housekeeping, all whilst providing excellent customer engagement.

Hours of Work

Four days a week, Wednesdays to Saturdays (08.50-17.10) 33 hrs a week.

What we need from you

• Attention to detail and well organised
• Ability to handle confidential, personal information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office 365 is essential
